I was pleased by general manager Steve Rosier's professional and courteous conversation with me regarding the estimate and work that would be done on the Honda. The job was completed quickly, and the car was washed and vacuumed before I was called to pick it up. The office staff also were professional. I will use Kniesel's Collision again if the need arises.
