    "Overall we had a good experience. The only complaint is communication could be better. We had to call a couple times to follow up on the estimate before it was sent to the warranty company and we scheduled a time to drop off the car for the repair and we showed up to be told the part wasn’t in. Someone was supposed to call to tell us not to come because the part wasn’t in but they didn’t. Accidents happen but that was a little frustrating."

I would have, unreasonably, been shy about a franchise. Was I ever wrong! I went with you for the benefit of being in my insurance preferred list.     "Ya can't tell where it was hit, so that's a good thing. My door never squeak before, now it does every now and then. It's not too bad but it wasn't like that before. But I can live with it, the car is getting older. Or I just didn't notice it, because of the crash the biggest damage was I couldn't get in or out of my car door without it crunching. But overall I'm very pleased with the body shop. I would recommend them"
