My father has gone to Mackin's on 65th ever since we've had issues with any of our other Teslas since 2019. He's a hard man to please and still really values and recommends Mackin's. I can see why now!

Very satisfied! Everything is always returned better than it came (obviously) but with extra care (such as the deep cleaning of the interior) as well as the customer service!

Nate Woods is the absolute best. Incredibly patient and helpful while answering all of my questions, and even helping me out with what to expect when insurance / third parties are involved. He didn't have to do that but it was extremely helpful considering it was my first time. He defines above and beyond!

What really set them apart was how they handled the logistics. They worked seamlessly with both my insurance company and the rental car agency, making the entire transition effortless on my end. I came to them with a very tight completion requirement, and they didn't just meet it—they crushed it. Despite the deadline, the quality of the work was stellar; my Tesla looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor.
