Mackin's has always done excellent work for us, and has courteous and efficient employees. We have had 3 new lift gates installed, and the paint matching is incredible. They also rectified an issue we had quickly and cheerfully- Mackin's 65th is really great.

Communication during the whole process was great because it was easy to call the shop with any questions and the people are very helpful. Everyone I talked to was professional and polite. When I got my car back it was cleaned up inside and out which was a nice surprise. Really appreciate the people at Mackin’s being so good at what they do. Thank you!

The repair looks great and you gave me periodic text updates, which I appreciated. You estimated three weeks, which was accurate. But it still boggles my mind that this repair took 3 weeks!

Nate did a great job communicating what was going on with my car. Everything seems to be working fine. I also appreciated that when I called to make my first appointment I was given very specific directions on how to get there. Otherwise I might not have actually made it.
