I would have liked to have had better communication about when the repairs would be finished. A one week estimate turned into over two weeks, and the day the car was ready I didn't get a call until 5, which was too late for me to get there by 5:30, meaning I had to go an extra weekend without my car. Otherwise, the repairs seemed to be well done.

The car looks perfect and I appreciate how it came back to us spotless inside and out.

Scratches on the driver's side right front fender that weren't there when I turned the car over from rrepairs. They look like belt buckle scratches. Paint on front bumper has 'bumps' in it and was noted when I picked up the car. Hood grommet isn't installed correctly. I texted Andrew immediately and took photos.
