Ken and his customer service really made the experience positive for me. I had never been to a body shop and chose this shop kind of at random but I'm glad I did. The first night I dropped my car off, he waited past closing time until the rental company arrived. He showed no irritation or negativity that he was stuck there with me which was great. He was very thorough and frequent in his communications with me on order status, and made a strong effort pushed to get the car completed before I had to leave out of town. The shop did great work on my car, it looks great! It was also very thoroughly cleaned inside and out which was awesome. You can tell Ken and the shop team have pride in their work and a job well done. Ken and the team are a class act and turned the negative experience of getting into an accident into a positive one. I will definitely share my positive experience in recommending Mackins on 65th to others.

My car looks amazing and the work done was extremely professional and well executed. I appreciated the text updates and the itemized list of repairs. It was also extremely thoughtful for them to vacuum out and clean up the inside of my car. They are wonderful. Thank you!

Please put more outdoor lighting at the 65th ave location. It was so dark I accidentally backed my car into a pole, causing extensive damage to my car.
