My car was repaired very well, but the car was sitting under a tree and it seems like there are some tree saps or something like that on the entirety of the car. I was told not to go through a car wash for 30 days, so I have to hand wash the car, which is annoying.

My advise is for Tesla Owners, I am so happy when I took my 2023 Tesla Model Y to Carstar and saw a lot of Tesla in the lot. so it means Work Quality should be highly recommended and Car Star is Tesla Certified Dealer parts too. Thank you so much, especially, Karley and Marjorie who escorted me from 1st day I took my car there until Finishing up. it is 7 stars for us.

The major damage to the car was repaired and all the staff I came into contact were professional and efficient; however the drivers side seat belt assembly was reinstalled incorrectly and does not work properly. I will take the car back tomorrow. If they can’t do it I will take the car to my mechanic. I can’t afford to take a day off for this or rent a car
