The major damage to the car was repaired and all the staff I came into contact were professional and efficient; however the drivers side seat belt assembly was reinstalled incorrectly and does not work properly. I will take the car back tomorrow. If they can’t do it I will take the car to my mechanic. I can’t afford to take a day off for this or rent a car

I came to Carstar through a recommendation of a friend who had this Tesla repaired. Estimate, pricing and responses were good. App/email notification and the actual activities are not really in sync. I had a minor issue which was caused while the car was in repair, which they remedied withiut much trouble. Overall good experience. Thank you
