There were some delays with the repair (I had no issue with the delays) but I wasn’t updated about the delays, had to call in repeatedly to know when the vehicle would be done, online status app would have been useful but it wouldn't be updated until after I called. It made coordinating my rental car slightly difficult. Still good service overall

Smooth experience overall. Only feedback is the parking lot was difficult to navigate, which I think they’re addressing with repaving. I also sometimes felt like they only made significant repair progress on my vehicle when I asked about its status.

Customer entrance, parking is a bit obscure. Great shop and people once inside. The facility appearance from the outside doesn’t look inviting.

It was easy process, just walk in to get the fair estimates. I'm self pay to get my truck fix so the fair estimates and discounts it's important to me. Then I put down the deposit for them to order the parts and they called me couple days later to schedule the fixes. I got my truck back in 2 weeks and it looks good. The manager Nato also cleaned and buff out some minor tree branches scratches. I really appreciated that and I will recommend anyones need car body fixes to use their services.
