The work was completed ahead of schedule and when I picked up my vehicle it had been completely cleaned, inside and out. Not every body shop cleans to that level, I was pleasantly surprised

Repairs were done correctly, but I asked to have installed a "Trailer hitch with heavy duty" for my truck instead of the regular "trailer hitch w/o heavy duty". I was told all along the process that it will be no problem, I was even given an estimate for it and that I will pay the difference. It was not until the moment when I pick up my truck that I noticed it was not done as promise. I left your center very disappointed.

Polly made the whole process as pleasent as possible considering my car was injured and had to be repaired. She even made the Rental car pick up and drop off go smoothly. She should get a nice Christmas bonus.
