I was satisfied with the communication and the timeline for work being completed. I was not satisfied that when we went to pick up the car, there were some issues with the finish on the lift gate and that it appeared to be installed slightly crooked. I understand that it is hard to do perfect work, but I do expect my car not to look like it has been in an accident. I do apperciate the shop fixing the work after my husband and I noted the problems we saw.
