Metro should loose their License or at the very least be on suspension for workmanship.

The reps never knew what was going on with my car repairs. The first time they gave me the care Metro had not fixed my front bumper, the rear glass or repaired the flat bed in the truck area. I had to take the care back. After conversations with metro, they hadn't properly read my report to know tha I was sanwitched between two cars. Metro also tried to not fix a humming sound coming from my car stating the didn't "THINK" the sound was a product of my accident. I complained to my insurance company 3 times and had everything notated in my records. I am very angry from this exsperience.

We found tape and paper-like material in the bumper and areas repaired. It would have easily been caught be a thorough quality control review. Not a big deal but it makes me wonder what else they might have missed.

I've came to metro collision twice as i knew from the first time they did great work and the customer service is outstanding. Receiving updates about my car was great, kept me informed and i had the peace of mind that my car would be fixed right. Thanks to mike and polly who helped me greatly once again and thanks to their team who had my car back out on the road looking great!
