The body work that was done was ok and I say they because a spot that was worked on had to be buffed as the paint was dimpling. My main issue is this place is the lack of accountability and quality control.

Carstar was a pleasure to deal with. The insurance company, Turo, we were dealing with was a nightmare, but I and Carstar were patient and finally completed the job. The car looks great. I picked it up yesterday and just drove 15 hours to Memphis and it runs great. Highly recommend Carstar. Don't ever rent your car using Turo, they are a horrible company.
