From the start I got message from Rachel who helped make an appointment for inspection, that Allstate requested. The date was made in a quick timely manner. The day of the appointment went very well. After the inspection they were able to get my car in to start on repairs the same day and my car was ready for picked up in three days, plus it looked great. Also on the day I dropped off my car, I got great assistance with Stacey (I might have her name worrg, best I can remember) contacting the car rental to pick me up so I could rent a car. The day I went to picked up my car, the car rental dropped me off before 8am (my choise) and when Rachel saw me waiting outside she opened the door and said, "It's too hot to be waiting outside come on in." That was so nice and considerate, most businesses will not let anyone in until it's time. All around great and friendly service"
