The repairs took too long due to issues with the glass that was delivered, but the repairs were done well and the car looked great upon its return.

The repair was completed to perfection. The quality of the work, the speed of the repair, and the overall experience from drop off to pick up exceeded my expectations. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially the two ladies with the glasses, as well as Ernesto. They were professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing quality repairs and outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived and saw my car I was amazed. It really looked brand new again as if nothing ever happened. I really appreciate the hard work and detail the Nalley team put forward. They kept me informed about my repairs each day and I actually received my car back earlier than it was expected. I definitely recommend this place and will use them again if I ever needed to.

I had my accident around 5:30am. Nalley took my car into their care around 8am same day. I was able to get a rental brought to me at their facility so I could return to my day. The service advisor was very professional as we took a walk around my BMW reassuring me it would be restored to factory. They worked closely with my insurance provider and kept me in the loop daily on the progress of completion step by step. It was suppose to had been an 8 day turn around but they got it back to me within 7 and I must say it looked brand new and I was extremely happy with the outcome. I was able to drop my rental at their facility when I picked up my car. The entire process was flawless and I highly recommend this place from their great customer service to their amazing work they had done restoring my car. It truly looked the way it did the day I purchased it. Also I absolutely loved that they had it detailed.
