He kept me updated every step of the way on the progress of my vehicle at the collision shop, which gave me great peace of mind. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! My contact person was very personable, efficient and knowledgable. The work was completed timely and ahead of time. It appears that the quality of repairs is very good. It has been only 3 days so hopefully that will hold true
