The work that was done was done well. However, no one at Nally noticed that my mirror had a clear plastic protective sheet on it. I had to bring that to everyone?s attention when I picked my car up. That should have been caught by all.

Communication was poor. I dropped hat car off on a Tuesday at 5pm and didn?t hear anything until Friday around 10am. Nalley has my car for nearly two weeks for a broken drivers side mirror and scratched drivers side door.
