I cannot thank the team at Nalley Luxury Collision Center enough for the outstanding job they did repairing my 2025 Audi A5 Prestige. From the very beginning, Graham kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. He was honest about parts delays, supplements, and even a calibration issue that required assistance from Audi corporate. Instead of leaving me wondering what was happening, he took the time to communicate every step of the process, which I greatly appreciated. I also want to thank Emily and everyone involved behind the scenes for working with my insurance company to ensure the repairs were completed correctly. Most importantly, I want to recognize the technicians who repaired my vehicle. The damage ultimately required nearly $18,500 in OEM repairs along with extensive calibration of the vehicle’s advanced driver assistance systems. When I picked the car up, it honestly looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. The paint match is excellent, the panel gaps are perfect, and the car drives exactly like it did before the accident. Every feature, including the advanced safety systems, functions as it should. The fact that Nalley stands behind their work with a lifetime warranty gave me even more confidence that they take pride in doing repairs the right way. While I hope I never need collision repairs again, if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to trust Nalley Luxury Collision Center with my vehicle. Thank you, Graham, Emily, and the entire repair team for treating my Audi with the same level of care that I would.

I want to thank Graham for always keeping me in the loop and being there to answer every one of my questions. He took as much anxiety and frustration as he could for the circumstances I was dealing with. I also want to say Emily was awesome as well. Every time I called she was always kind and respectful. Even when I came to pick my car up after it was finished she was very friendly and provided me with resources to help me out for my next steps.
