I had to drive to your center to use my credit card for $462 In this day and age you can’t have a cut of for taking a cc over the phone or pay online like we do for so many things in our daily lives ?? This deserves an internal adjustment toward your quest for excellent customer service. Also my service rep Viktor D was spot on and communicated with me through out the process Great job !"
