I have absolutely no complaints with the customer service and the quality of the work. Both of those were outstanding. The reason that I am not completely satisfied is a $2k+ towing bill that seems outrageous!! Even if that was out of Northside’s control I would have appreciated that item was highlighted up front. If Northside also questioned, it would have been ideal if you flagged that item as questionable to my insurance when the claim was submitted.

I was told that if I paid my balance with debut card rather than credit card i will not pay the 3% fee if i would have known would stopped at the bank to get a cashier check

From my first phone call to Northside Collision I have been very impressed on how efficient the process was. I didn’t have to deal with the insurance companies as they took care of all that. From the moment ai dropped my vehicle off for the repair work, I was contacted daily with updates and new estimated time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially Angela! The repair looks incredible! I will definitely recommend your business to others!

I have not picked up my vehicle yet it’s not going to be ready till 9/8/26. I am very confused why it states I picked up my vehicle! Northside has been great letting me know how they are doing with my repair. Except for the fact that I have picked up my vehicle that is not ready yet!
