This repair was for one of our fleet vehicles at work. A couple years ago, I used a different body shop for repairs to our personal vehicle. From now on, I will bring all my vehicles (professional and personal) only to Northside. Very impressed.

You had my vehicle for 2 months and every time you gave it back to me a list of things was wrong that weren't wrong with it prior. My tailgate still doesn't sit properly and has scratched the paint again on the brand new box panel you replaced

Sadly, we have had two cars in over this summer. Both occurrences have been tarnished.

Would have been higher, but I received the car back with an issue (which I had been informed the parts were challenging to get) but I thought I would be repaired completely, not just patched up to get it out. Then after reaching out as told to the ins. company to get it on record, being told by Northside staff on July 28th they would look into things and have not heard back.
