When I got back to the office, I notice that there was a bit of fine paint spray over the back window above the repair. I took a blade and scraped it all off.

This category would be a 10 if not for the customer service portion. I recommend north side specifically because of the experience and ability to repair emergency vehicles such as ambulances and the quality of work is exceptional.

The quality of work done by Northside is exceptional. But unfortunately the quality of customer service was far from. I was constantly told that Carla would call me back, when I would call to check on the vehicle. Emails would go unanswered for days, usually until I sent another email. Our vehicle was 2 weeks later than what she finally told us it would be and that is after it sat for a week completed at Bob's Sign shop after being relettered. We do regular business with Bob's and they informed me that they have the same communication issues with Carla and that they had told her the vehicle was done and sitting at their shop for a week. Carla claimed this was due to her not getting their email, even though they copied me on the email. I understand during current times a lot of us are understaffed and over worked, but this delay and lack of communication is still unacceptable.
