While the job took longer than expected, Al did a good job of keeping us informed as to the progress. Getting parts proved to be bigger problem than usual due to Covid's impact on manufacturers. The final job was completed professionally and completely.

The repair looks correct but it's hard to say because the motorhome was returned dirty from the parking area in which they stored it. I would have thought they would have rinsed it off prior. Speaking of storing, when I talked to a rep about how long the work was taking he more or less said at least they were storing it for us. I replied that we have a carport for that and I wasn't pleased with the weather being on the roof for a month.
