Front of RV - NS painted over small chips in gelcoat leaving dimples or holes. I thought smoothing them over was part of "prep for paint." No one stopped before painting to discuss with me. Just painted as is. I brought it to your attention. NS had to redo and I had to pay more. We both lost. Would have rated a 10 if this didnt happen. However, final outcome was very nice.
