    "Yes and no, the claim was filed both electronically and over the phone with representative and the damage was noted on both of those contacts to be on both sides of the car. However part of the claim was still missed. Nationwide was still willing to rectify their part of the situation which continues to tell me that despite the issue their customer service was still done well. It was a hassle to go back a second time but everybody was willing to do their part and everything was handled and taken care of with no issues with an understanding that mistakes do happen and that we are all human."

They walked me through the whole repair process comforted me and showed understanding towards my feelings. I needed to get a Rental Car and so they told me not to worry. They called Enterprise Car Rental and asked them to send someone to take me to the office. Few days later I got an update on a possible date when my car would be ready.. I got my car completed , cleaned and washed the very same date as promised . I highly recommend Bens to anyone who needs a proper job done on their vehicle"
