They walked me through the whole process, circled everything that was existing damage and new damage separately. So it would be identified easily for The investigator. Bought oem parts for the vehicle. The alignment of the new parts We're reassembled in a properly, the owner did warn me ahead of time that the color wouldn't match 100% between the new and old. So I was aware of it when the product was finished. All in all very satisfied with them.
