I was satisfied with the repairs, but felt the communication via text could have been more on time , when it came to updating me about the due date of the car being picked up as scheduled .. which caused a little friction upon waiting !

It could have been much better, regarding the communication part, far as keeping me properly updated about the pick up of the car! Which I didn’t care for.. I spoken to the regional director about it.. explaining that they need to make sure they let ppl know .. when they give a due date. To pick up.. if something changes then they should say something soon ASAP. Not wait until the last minute!

There were some areas I pointed out to during the walk around that werent fixed. My front bumper for example, had the license plate ripped off, and there is some paint that was scratched off that wasn't there prior, was circled by your staff but not fixed. I noticed none of the areas that were circled weren't fixed.
