The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional. To the point that I was never informed of what work was being done to my car. Furthermore, I dropped my car off because it was making a strange noise after the accident. My car is still making the EXACT same noise and less then 4 hours later, my check engine light came back on. They did repairs that were unnecessary and completely ignored the fact that I dropped my car off because of the noise. I’m very disappointed and frustrated that I still had to pay a deductible when I’m getting my car back pretty much in the same condition as when I dropped it off… 22 days ago. The only difference is I’m $500 poorer due. Not including the fees I paid for 3 SEPARATE rentals because the communication around the completion was quite awful. Moreover, any updates I received was due to me persistent calling.
