I am very disappointed, I am not only have to wait 34 days until my car was finished due the initial inspection missed an issued. The extra 4 days my rental were not reimbursed since they said , I was notified. However, I have all the messages and documents from insurance company saying otherwise. I will make a formal complaint and a review since I trusted my insurance company in choosing Oliver but honestly that's bad customer service.

I’m thankful for everyone who was apart of fixing my car. It was an unfortunate situation and all the repairs were done in a timely manner. My car looks brand new, from the new bumper, the vacuuming and the wash. Thank you all for your help.

Extremely pleased with Oliver’s from the great customer service to the repair. I was kept in regular communications with the progress of the repair which is quite a process (my SUV was rear ended and dealing with an insurance company claim).
