Oliver did a solid job with my vehicle. Nothing will ever be as it was pre-collision. Oliver’s team did a great job getting as close as possible though. I was pleased with their communication, customer service and general amicability. They’re a good team.

Actually, working with Becca was awesome! She promised that my car would be done before my rental car ran out which would’ve been the 16th and my car was ready on the 13th. Kudos to Oliver autobody and their whole crew. They work their butts off to get my car ready. I would give them a 100% they are the best. This is the second time I’ve dealt with them and both times they have come through for me. Thank you.

This is my second time going there! They have made my process of fixing both of my cars so nice. They did what they promised. It was ready two days earlier than they promised! Kudos to Oliver’s auto body and Becca! The bodywork guys were amazing

Worst body shop in Springfield. The customer service at this place is tolerable. I let their slick comments slide; but the shoddy work I could not. I had 3 issue with my car so far; 4 if you count my owners manual not being returned with my car. If insurance wasn’t the one paying for it I would have sued for the estimate being 2,000 dollars under what the estimate was. 1: Rear passages door was misaligned, rubbing at the top corner and big gap at bottom. 2: gas cap door was Broken probably because their tech didn’t know it had a button under the driver door handle not a push or pull; couldn’t even put gas in the car had to return it for 4 more days while they repaired that. 3: wiper blade arms were not installed in the correct position resulting in my blades slapping against each other and impaired vision due to wipers not working properly. And that is why I’m dissatisfied.

The best team, the best auto repair company in western Massachusetts, I’m glad that I always could count with them, very professional people, very Emphatic people specially Becca very humble people and enthusiastic, if wasn’t for her I wouldn’t even survive all that situation that we as a family going through plus the car situation and they always support me when anything comes against the situation specially with my insurance car company Plymouth Rock that they don’t cooperate and make everything difficult for me and for Oliver auto body repair , Thank you Becca for all your support, help and empathy with me and my family.
