I have been to Oliver's a few times, and never had a problem, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had received an estimate before I brought my car in. When I dropped it off on Monday, I had to wait awhile for paperwork and a walkthrough that I didn't have to do because I already had an estimate done. I had been told it would take 2 days to repair, when I got the estimate. I dropped my car off on Monday and told them I could pick it up on Friday. When I called on Thursday to see what time to pick it up, my parts hadn't even been ordered yet, and so I had to wait a whole other week for my car, with the new estimate for two weeks. I have a new infant, so not only was the delay unacceptable, but extremely inconvenient and not safe. When I picked up my car, the part I brought in to be fixed was still not completely fixed. I was told that there was a part that was missed and it would be fixed free of charge. That made it a little better, but I still have to bring my car back in.

They fixed my car. Sort of. They fixed it initially but didn’t seem to test drive it before giving me the car back as there were more problems when I left the lot after it was fixed. They did ultimately fix the issue but still it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place.

They fixed my issue as soon as I brought it to their attention, however the communication at the shop was lacking.
