I am highly satisfied with my repair. Took them a week and a half to get it done! I did ask the auditor to look at a few scratches to buff it out and I would of paid out of pocket but they never called me about it. But other than that everything came out perfect.

Guy was nice and professional, but the parts authorized are crap. Don't align, bumper pins falling out due to wrong size and placement. It makes the car look a little worse. There also seems to be an alignment issue from the accident, that hasn't been taken care off, and two mystery scratches that were not there before.

I am very pleased with the process your team provided. Both ladies who were my contacts are great employees. They knew their jobs well, were pleasant, kept me informed of the progress. I felt very comfortable leaving my car knowing the progress regularly with progress texts. The car was not only buffed and shiny on the outside it was also fully detailed on the inside. Outstanding in every area of the repair!

I am beyond pleased with the level of communication they provide throughout every step of the process and being great about meeting projected timeframes. I loved that although there was a setback in the arrival of my door to complete the job, they accommodated and was sure to ease my stress with the things I’d need to handle the extended wait time which wasn’t a horrible addition. They made sure to have the insurance company to do they right thing in covering all extra charges that weren’t a fault of my own. Staff was always pleasant and attentive!! I’ve used them a year ago and was very satisfied, this time it superseded the last time which is awesome!!

They didn't put the part that covers the lugs on the wheel on my car he said he has to order the part they had my car for two weeks it'should have been done I pray it gets ordered and they put it on my car other than that the car is fine
