My car looks the same as when I dropped it off! I did express this to Max, but felt as if I had no recourse except pay my deductible. Is the insurance adjustor Greg from Progressive Insurance in cahoots with the shop? I could have kept my deductible which I need to pay for grad school next semester. Then, there are parts missing that were not missing when I dropped my car off over 3 weeks ago!! My Godly spirit kept me from being angry, but do you seriously expect me to give a good review when you took my money, did not repair the damage, and kept me carless for 3 weeks? I am definitely filing a complaint. This is like theft by taking and not providing the service I paid for. If I was someone else perhaps it would have been different. Shame on Greg at Progressive Insurance and Oliver's. I am very disheartened.
