I only bring this up because it all could have been a miserable experience. But it wasn’t. Everyone at Majors made sure I was in the loop and answered my questions along the way. Made an annoying situation less so. All the way to checkout I was treated great. Karen is fantastic. Sam is so nice. Eric too. Literally everyone I met was great. And they treated my car great. Thanks Majors."

I was called at 3:37 that the vehicle was ready--and that the shop closed at 5:00. That barely gave me enough time to leave work, fill up the rental car gas tank and race over before 5:00. It was extremely stressful. If I had known earlier, I would have left work earlier to get things taken care of without the pressure."
