The car was fixed very well, and it looks fantastic. The communication was odd, which is why this is not a 10. I got the classic body shop "we are delaying because we are missing parts". It may be that Pfeiffer were honest and parts were missing. But the story didn't add up. They were missing just two brackets supposedly only needed for final assembly. And nevertheless spent the next 3 business days actively working on the car. I know because my car app alerts me every time a critical component is removed is altered. These body shop stories land better when the car isn't alerting the owner. It's 100% ok if the work is delayed. I want the car fixed right in the end. But I don't like this style of communication. So work quality is great. Communication is suspect
