The service was great. the only drawback was the length of time my vehicle was at Pfeiffer. I was originally told 2-3 days and ended up getting it back 8 days after dropping off.

The estimators, Rob and Scott gave me outstanding customer service! I am in the process of unpacking from a big move. Rob helped me move some bags of groceries from the car to my own. He was great at calling and giving me status updates and the car was ready when he said it would be. Scott, was great because he did some work while I went and filled up the gas tank in the rental. As a result, I don't need to pay any penalties for not having the gas tank St the full line I will highly recommend your business to friends and family! Thank you for doing a great job ????
