I’d highly recommend Precision Auto Works. They go above and beyond. In fact, it was a very hot day when I picked up my car. The gentleman started my car and put the ac on to cool it off before I got in it. It was a pleasure working with them.

Not only did Precision Auto Works of Malden do a great job repairing my car, their customer service is exceptional. Matika is awesome to work with. She handled everything for me, from getting set up, to renting my car and was just so amazing and I thank her for her patience with me since this is the first time I have ever gone through anything like this. I would give this place a 10 star!!!

I would 100% highly recommend Precision Auto for your auto body needs. Eric's knowledge expertise and professionalism is absolutely outstanding. From coordinating help with the rental car and communicating with the insurance company Eric went Above and Beyond in all those areas. I have a 2018 Audi Q5 I love my car and they did a fantastic job it looks beautiful.
