I've never experienced such amazing customer service. The entire team went above and beyond! They were communicative and helpful in what was a very challenging time. Martika worked with me to ensure I had all the information I needed and worked with the rental and insurance company. When I was anxious, they were calm; when I needed help, they showed up and showed out; when I lacked control or power in the situation, they provided me with options and made sure my voice was heard. I truly don't see myself going anywhere but here. Eric, Tony, and Martika, thank you! You worked with me and embody putting the customer first.

I can’t say enough good things about Precision Auto Works! After someone crashed into my car and caused significant rear-end damage, they worked their magic and made my vehicle look brand new again. I’ve had a few cars fixed here and at their sister site, Mike’s Auto, and I’ve always been beyond happy with the results. Their team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their customers.
