The team at Quantico Collision Center is top notch. They were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I was kept informed about the status of my car throughout the entire process. Special shout out to Lisa, Byron, and the gentleman that returned the car to me. I didn’t get his name. The customer service they provided was top tier. Lastly, my car looks great! I highly recommend Quantico Collision Center.

Took over 6 weeks to repair my vehicle and when one person would tell me they were waiting for a part, another would tell me it came but it was damaged so they had to reorder. Maybe this is true and it did happen multiple times to my repair but it seemed like my vehicle was not a priority and they were putting it off.

Byron and the whole team at Car star were very efficient and pleasant to work with. The repairs on my car were handled in a timely manner and look amazing so thankful that there is a lifetime warranty that was provided with this service as well. The staff at Quantico Collision was the best staff I have ever worked with for collision efforts. They helped me through the process with my insurance company and the rental car company. This alleviated considerable stress on my part. The body work was outstanding. I would recommend this collision company to everyone.
