horrible customer service, Took over a month for minor repairs, returned car with splash shield all bent and smushed in the trunk,cut fog wire and have been stalling to repair it for a month now, when I took the car back for the splash shield to get put on they took over 3 hours. Not only but come to find out I had a nail in my left back tire and they didn’t inform me???!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE STAY CLEAR FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!

I had a fabulous encounter with Carstsr. They were detailed in the repairs, took amazing care of my car and ensured that they communicated throughout the process of repairs. They did all this in a timely manner, truly going above and beyond my expectations. From Lisa at the front desk, to my case manager, not excluding the Vice president of operations, Carstar truly outdid themselves. Thank You!

Carstar really took care of me. It was my second time having car repairs since having my car and my first experience with another company was terrible. Carstar completely changed my perspective on repair services. They were prompt, communicative and made sure I was in the know at every stage of the repair.
