Everything was great, until I received a phone call two days after I icked up my car. She tried to say she failed to collect my$500 deductible. Since I pId cash, this concerned me that she might be trying to scam me.

I was billed for an item that could not be replaced. If I did not notice that the item was not replaced or repaired I would have been over charged for a part and service that was not rendered.
