I felt that the communication internally was lacking. I brought my car in on a Wednesday. I was called 3 times about bringing in my car after that. For a scrape on the bumper, mr car was kept for almost 2 weeks. I could have brought it in when the service was ready to go.

Other than the wrong part being ordered this shop was amazing! I would 100% recommend this shop and have already do so. The manager is very caring and has awesome energy, as well as the front staff. 10 out of 10!

I will say as far as the staff everyone was exceptional!!! Very nice, professional, and kept me abreast to everything that was going on. I was however, disappointed at the fact that my bumper did not fit correctly and i could see a space and the clamps. I understand that the insurance wants to use the most cost effective parts however, it didn't fit right and it needs to be redone. I already reached out to my insurance company and they gave me the green light to get the right part ordered so as of now I'm just waiting for the shop to let me know when I can drop it back off to have it replaced. But I will definitely be recommending people to come to this shop. Everything else was amazing.
