The customer service was great until the very end. When I picked up my vehicle. It took some time to be retrieved. When my vehicle was finally brought to the entrance area. The person who retrieved my vehicle was holding a lengthy conversation with another customer at the entrance door. Only after the customer service representative at the counter. Advise that my vehicle had been retrieved. Did I realize that he was the person who I was waiting for. After he brought my vehicle to the entrance, he would have advised me that my vehicle was ready. Thereafter, he could have had his conversation with that other customer.

Thank you all for the help. You guys repaired my ladies vehicle a year ago and that came out great so I knew I was in good hands. They were truly professionals from top to bottom. I recently had knee surgery and they were nice enough to help me bring all my belongings, my Walker, and my cane for my vehicle to my rented vehicle that I had for a week. They kept me updated every step of the way when my car was being ready when all the parts are coming in and they let me know 2 days in advance for my call will be ready. Once my car is ready in return they help bring all my belongings back from the rental back to my vehicle that had been fixed. This is my first time coming there and this will not be my last. You guys do great work at Quantico
