Communication was good 5 weeks for a new bumper wow They let my car get serviced by bmw without my permission way too early according g to mileage and time. Huge violation of my property Quality control was bad. Picked up car and it was covered with over spray. How could they not have know that. Had to bring it back to have it removed. The removal process according to bmw would have removed the ceramic coating bmw applied when I bought it for $1k and they will not warranty their product now They said they would buff if the residue on the front light and fender trim. They didn’t and had to ask them again.

Over charged and it took too long due to their breaking the plug for the emblem on front bumper. I would not go back or recommend.
