I had two prior experiences at other shops—one had to repaint my car because they couldn’t match the color correctly, and the other actually put a huge scratch in my door while it was in their possession. The representativethat I worked with, Tyler, was fantastic. He was great at communicating the status throughout the entire month and a half my car was out of service both at relentless ss well as at Mercedes and even arranged for Mercedes to provide me with a loaner until the work on my vehicle was completed when my rental coverage ran out from GEICO.

Right from the start I had a good feeling about my team leader and Relentless. They didn’t disappoint. Rob gave me an accurate estimate, and kept me apprised of the body work progress. My car was perfect when they finished. They also cleaned the inside and outside of the car. A bonus! I would absolutely recommend them.

Again this would have been a perfect 10 had I not discovered the issues that I described about the clear coat and support bracket.

All repairs were completed and the vehicle looks new where it was struck from the shredded tire. However, there was damage to the clear coat, about the size of my fist on the hood, close to the driver side windscreen washer which was not there when I first brought the vehicle in. Definitely, had to have happened at the shop. Secondly, discovered a support bracket (A4537513900) which supports the cowling underneath the hood and channels the windscreen washer lines not bolted down and was completely free floating. Would have been a perfect 10 had these issues not occurred.
