From the moment I stepped foot in, I was greeted with someone who listened to hear and understand and more than that, cared. I'd had a terrible encounter with a flying chunk of ice on roads three states away following a difficult journey with a a family member. Fast forward, during the process I learned my auto insurance was not what I thought it was and this followed by weeks of another process, having much difficulty getting my insurance to pay for what they should, only to drag it on and show me their true colors. This involved hiring a third party adjuster. Then talk of an umpire. Each week, I connected with Relentless and each time, Rob would call me back. From first encounter to each time I called, I was met with care and reassurance and confidence. When I picked up my car in the pouring rain, I was then met with , we have you all set. Here's your keys. Delight and surprise. No red tape. No post fix sales and added cost. No challenges or hoops. Just a genuine thank you, you are covered with real OEM parts and all under warranty. This is what I did for you. Thank you. I was and still, amazed and full of gratitude that they hold firm to their integrity and goal of customer first. I felt it. This. You rob and the whole team. I learned the need to evaluate carriers. Made a change that included home and auto, so hopefully if anything ever happens in the future, I will not be faced with a series of unfortunate events. Relentless took great care of my vehicle. Incurred bumper damage and the shop consistently provided updates in the status throughout the process. I told them I needed the car back by a certain date as I was moving out of state. They went above and beyond in making sure the car was ready to go well before my deadline date. The vehicle looks brand new as well. 10/10 recommend.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your facility. My vehicle required multiple returns for repairs, a situation that was incredibly disruptive and inconvenient. The most recent instance was particularly unacceptable. After multiple repair attempts, I was left without a vehicle for three full days before you finally provided a rental car, and even then only for a weekend. This lack of timely resolution and the significant inconvenience caused are wholly unsatisfactory and fall far short of acceptable standards for an auto repair shop. This experience has left me with a profound lack of confidence in your ability to provide reliable and efficient service, and I will therefore be unable to recommend your services to others. I expect a more comprehensive response addressing this unacceptable level of service.
