The staff was patient, freindly, thorough, and paid attention to important details. I much preferred working directly with the staff than the AI "assistant" your company is starting to use. The AI assistant is not enjoyable to work with in this context, auto body repair. Human interaction is preferred for this more complex higher end service over an AI "assistant". There is no fixing the AI "assistant". Get rid of it entirely and buy good staff.
