Josh and team were amazing and great every step of the way. Communicated with me 1-2 times per week via phone/email/text and kept me up to date with all progress and/or issues. Josh stayed an hour late for me to pick up my car (due to rush hour traffic) and I swear it looked better than when I drove it off the Johnson Lexus lot when I bought it, with the incredible paint job he and his team did. A++++ and so glad I took Max advise from Johnson Lexus and chose relentless collision as a factory authorized Lexus body shop!

Repairs took longer than my 30 day insurance coverage for a rental car and I was left paying hundreds of dollars for the rental. Everyone blamed others for this but I'm the one left owing the money. 😞
