With any complicated process there are going to be bumps along the way, and my repair certainly had a bump or two, but the team that worked to get my car back to me went above and beyond. Candace, Josh and Teddy were all amazing, friendly and professional. Should I ever need additional repair work done, I won’t hesitate to bring it back to them.

My repair, unfortunately, took a little longer than expected, but that was because of a mixup on Tesla’s part. Relentless did a good job of communicating to me and providing updates on the status of my situation.

I cannot believe how smooth, communicative, comforting, and supportive my entire experience at Relentless was! All of that goes in large part to Josh Mason! He was transparent and instructive the entire time, which took away so much uncertainty on my end and added so much reassurance. Him and his team also did a stellar job! The repair was entirely seamless that it looked like it had never happened. If I didn’t have pictures and an insurance claim I would probably forget that anything had ever even happened to the car!
