I already stated my feed back to the representative. Quality of repair looks good. Extremely poor management. Car in shop for over a month for a relative minor repair. Excuses for extending it and extending it. My insurance generous one month rental allowance expired! Car finished when I said I will pick up the car on Fri sep 20, finished or not. Employees were nice but, I think nothing to do with the overall desatrous management of the upper management of the shop. I also think the need of the detailed repair were somewhat overstated (Mercedes Benz excuse)

I called Prior to towing my car to your establishment to see if you all could fix it you all said yes. And it took two weeks for you all to say you couldn’t fix it and no one from your company called me directly to say that i had To hear it from my insurance company when you all called and told me you had a “repair plan” for me and did not tell me that you could not fix it. I understand That you all may have not had the parts but two weeks and you all didn’t even tell me yourselves is unacceptable and i will Never return nor send anyone to you if asked.
